Production Control Asst

A hardware representative type role, predominately focused on working on the shop floor.
Understanding Client's flow within work centers on the shop floor and production.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for releasing work orders, prioritizing, and expediting work through the shop, which will require a lot of coordination and communication with multiple functions.
Able to do Sorts, posts, and files such paperwork as inventory records, production schedules, and other production control data.
Keeps records of number of units shipped and number of jobs in production. Statuses and expedites work orders through manufacturing facility.
May prepare shop orders indicating such factors as style, size, quantity, and priority.
May review stock records, consumption figures, and detail schedules to determine stock status against program requirements.
May prepare input forms for automated data processing system and may operate personal computer equipment. Performs other clerical tasks relating to duties.
Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP software.
Attention to detail and organization.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
