Swift Staffing is seeking an Outside Staffing Sales Account Representative with success in selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving in a fast-paced business environment. The Outside Staffing Sales Account Representative reports to the Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for the following:
oAggressive prospecting (cold calls)
oGiving sales presentations
oClosing the sale
oNew account development
oCreating partnerships with key executives
oMaking sales quotas
oStrong work ethic
oMust be a people person
oPositive attitude
oMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills
oSelf motivated, productive while unsupervised
oAbility to multi-task and shift priorities
o1-3 YRS Sales Experience Required
1-3 YRS Staffing Experience Preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
