9 Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description For over 25 years, Damage Control has been providing damage restoration services and comprehensive repair solutions for institutional, commercial and residential structures impacted by fire, smoke, water, wind, and virtually any other peril.
We are seeking someone to fill our Restoration Estimator/Project Manager position.
This person is responsible for estimating, selling, oversight & management of restoration projects.

Responsibilities:
Perform site inspections, document with accurate mesaurements, notes & photographs Estimate the cost of the entire project through the use of Xactimate.
Manage budgets, schedules and progress of restoration and reconstruction projects, from start to finish while maintaining quality standards Plan, organize, lead and manage subcontractors and vendors Securing materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.
Participate in design, process and permit submittal Establish and maintain client relationships Complete monthly expense reports Attend all appropriate company meetings & company sponsored training sessions Additional duties required as needed
Qualifications:

years experience in estimating jobs; preferably in Disaster Restoration, however not required.
2
years in a Management/Project Management Role; preferably in Disaster Restoration, however not required.
Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at one time Ability to manage budgets and schedules Xactimate proficiency is preferred; but not required.
We will train for the right applicant.
IICRC Certifications in Water, Mold, Smoke a plus Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules Experience establishing contacts and relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person) Ability to recognize and solve problems independently Strong attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills A leader that is self-motivated, responsible, positive, accountable and wears a smile Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Job Type:
